Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items within seven (7) days of receipt date for a refund of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.
- Only defective item exchanges or size exchanges are accepted. We do not accept colour exchange.
- Defective item exchange and size exchange requests will only be processed if notified within seven (7) days of receipt date.
- For size exchange requests, customers are responsible for both the re-delivery postage fee and the return pickup fee.
- We will only cover the re-delivery postage fee and the return pickup fee for a size exchange if the HQ makes a mistake.
- For defective item exchange, the re-delivery postage fee and the return pickup fee are on us.
- In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you monetary refund or replace it with another code which has the same value of total faulty / damaged item received.
- We will only accept items in their original condition i.e. UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNSCENTED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. We will not be responsible for returns that do not reach us and hence, we recommend you to ensure your parcel for its appropriate value.
- We deserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where
(i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or
(ii) there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.
Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
Customers are entitled to a refund only in the following situations:
• Item received is faulty or damaged
• Item received is incorrect
• Parcel received with missing item(s)
• Ordered item is out of stock after purchase confirmation
Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date parcel is received.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be entertained for:
• Change of mind
• Wrong size selected by customer
• Color preference issues
• Minor measurement differences (±1–3cm)
• Slight color variation due to lighting/screen display
3. Refund Process
• Customer must provide clear photo/video proof of the issue.
• All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Items are subject to inspection upon return.
Elrah Exclusive reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
4. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our side.
• Elrah Exclusive is not liable for any items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Processing Fees
For approved refunds, payment gateway / processing fees (up to 10%) may be deducted from the final refunded amount.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after inspection approval.
